- If you would like your order on a certain day, on the checkout page please make a note in the ORDER NOTES section.
- All shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail.
- Your order should arrive between 1-3 days of being fulfilled, but during the holiday season, please be aware USPS may experience delays due to increased shipping volume. If you have not received your order with after 3 days, please call us at 606-564-3797.
- You may also select Priority Mail Express which is guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 days.
- Please ensure the shipping address entered is correct and someone will be available to accept the package. We are not responsible for an incomplete or inaccurate address. You will be notified if a package is returned. You will be responsible for any additional shipping cost incurred.
- If ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages.
- Please call our customer service representative at 606-564-3797 within three days of receipt of your order, if you have a problem or question.
- Your order must be delivered to street addresses and in most cases refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. However, we cannot be responsible for loss or spoilage of items shipped to improper addresses or where no one is available to accept delivery. Items ordered together may be delivered separately.
